Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a mental health condition that can have a devastating impact on menstrual health, relationships, and everyday life—yet it remains largely invisible in many Asian, including South Asian, mental health conversations.
Outside of healthcare, Indian women living with HIV/AIDS continue to fight against bias and routine discrimination. Their healing and hope comes through collective resistance against a society that sees them as impure.
